Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 350MHz is available for sale. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
