This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
