In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
