Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 1.028GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature.
