In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
