In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Synthesi1028MHzing a clock output frequency of 1028MHz is possible with this clock-generator.
