As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 1028MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
