Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 44 terminations to be found. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator.
