In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
