This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 44 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
