The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
