This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. As the Clock PLL's input, CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
