The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 712.5MHz.
