The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 712.5MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
