In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageThis time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 712.5MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
