As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
