Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards.
