SI5345A-D07522-GMR Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 1028MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
