The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 1028MHz can be produced. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
