This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.13V~3.47V.
