Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
