The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
