As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
