The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
