As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
