Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety.
