SI5345B-D06909-GMR Overview

Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
