As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
