SI5345B-D07615-GMR Overview

Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
