Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
