The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
