Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency.
