As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input.
