Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
