Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C.
