As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C.
