As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
