In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
