This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as there are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
