Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as there are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
