Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 350MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as there are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
