As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 20 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageThere are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
