The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There are 20 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
