Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. LVCMOS is designed as this clock generator's input.
