SI5395J-A-GMR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 1.028GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C TA, which is -40°C~85°C TA.
