SI8501-B-GM Overview
For safety reasons, the current sensors are enclosed in 12-VFQFN packages. To protect the current sensors against damage, they have been packaged in the Tube. In these current sensors, the maximum output current should be 7mA. A current sensor should not provide a current greater than 7mA. Sensors with 12 terminations are used for current measurement. A 5A current sensor has been designed for a 5A current. Current sensors have 12 pins. During operation, the current sensors could supply 5.5V voltage. A voltage of 2.7V should be set as the minimum voltage supplied by current sensors. A 12 pin electronic part is used in this product.
