SI8511-C-IS Overview
The current sensors are put into 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages for safety protection. In order to prevent damage to the devices, these current sensors are packaged in Tube. It is important that current sensors do not supply more current than 7mA. Sensors with 20 terminations are used for current measurement. Current sensors have been designed for 5A current. This current sensor consists of 20 pins. When operating, the sensors could supply 5.5V. The current sensors can provide a voltage of 3V when they are in operation.
