TSM6025BEUR+ Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Strip external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.4% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 500μA inputs.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.2.5V voltage lower than 2.5V can be output by the voltage reference ic.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 2.7V~12.6V voltage input.Current supply is 35μA.
