RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 902MHz~928MHz.With the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Digi-Reel® package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 24 terminations integrated.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 50mA.
