RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 2.4GHz~2.5GHz.The enhanced 11-XFBGA, WLCSP package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Digi-Reel? package contains this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.RF module has 11 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 11 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 10mA in order to deliver its performance.
